In 2008 Ben formed CEI in order to capitalize on tax advantages and leverage equity across multiple properties that he had purchased. Ben is focused on making sure CEI executes agressive yet savvy investment choices. He ensures that CEI implements tax-efficient business stragegies, and that the company remains in tune with ever-changing markets.
Ben has personally invested in ALL of CEI's properties to date, proving his interest in the entire process and belief in CEI's strategies.
Ben is a US Army veteran with over 10 years of Active Duty service in the Infantry and other branches, and has served in the Florida, Georgia, and Alabama National Guards.
